Who we are

Trilops LLC is a software engineering company registered in Wyoming, USA. This policy covers the Production Readiness Audit pages on launch.trilops.net: the main page, the pricing page, the Production Readiness Scorecard, the booking page, the thank-you page and the audit start page.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on these pages, we collect what you type into it:

Your name, email address and phone number
Details about your app, such as its link, what it was built with, where it is hosted and who is asking you about it
Your answers to the application and Production Readiness Scorecard questions
The page address you came from, including campaign tags such as utm_source

We do not collect patient data on these pages. Please do not enter patient data, passwords or keys in any form.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and decide if the audit is the right next step
To book and confirm calls
To send your Production Readiness Scorecard result
To send follow-up emails about the audit

Tools that process it

HubSpot stores form answers and sends our emails. It also sets cookies to understand which pages you visit.
Meta pixel measures whether our ads lead to visits and applications. We do not send your form answers to Meta.
Payoneer processes audit payments. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

Your choices

To unsubscribe, use the link at the bottom of any email from us. To ask us to delete your information, or to see what we hold about you, reply to any email from us and we will handle it.
