What it costs to take an AI-built healthcare app live
Most apps need two steps: a $1,000 Production Readiness Audit, then a fixed-price Launch Sprint from $4,000. The audit tells you which steps your app needs and puts a fixed price on each one before you commit to more.

What changes the price?
The audit price is fixed. What comes after it depends on what the audit finds, mainly:
- How many user roles and tables hold patient data
- How many vendors touch patient data and need a BAA
- Whether the code can be kept and fixed, or parts of it need a rebuild
- Whether real patient data is already in production
- How many outside systems the app connects to, such as EHRs, payments or messaging
Every fix in the report comes with its own fixed price, so you see the total before you decide.
What is not included?
- Certification. There is no official HIPAA certificate for an app, and this is not one.
- Penetration test. We review code, configuration and architecture. We do not attack your live system.
- Legal advice. We do not advise on contracts or your legal obligations. HIPAA also covers policies and training, which are outside this review.
How does this compare to a full rebuild quote?
A full rebuild quote prices the whole app as new work, before anyone has checked what already works. The audit checks first. If the foundation is sound, you pay only to fix the gaps in a Launch Sprint. If the verdict is rebuild, a rebuild on our platform is $6,000 to $15,000 over 3 to 6 weeks, and the report already defines the scope.
If you start a Launch Sprint within 30 days of your report, the $1,000 audit fee is credited in full.

Is the $1,000 audit fee credited toward the fix?
Yes. If you start a Launch Sprint within 30 days of your report, the full $1,000 comes off the sprint price.
Why is the Launch Sprint priced from $4,000?
Its scope depends on what the audit finds. The report gives a fixed price for each fix, so you know the sprint price before you agree to it.
What if the audit finds very little?
If we find fewer than 5 issues worth fixing before go-live, you get your money back.
Do I have to hire Trilops after the audit?
No. You keep the report and can use it with your own developers, another team or us.
Are managed operations and the dev pod required?
No. Both are optional monthly services after go-live. Most apps need only the audit and a Launch Sprint.
How do I pay?
After your call, we send you a secure payment link for the audit. Payments are processed by Payoneer and accept card or bank payment.
